For order or account questions
Tangbuys cannot view or change Tangbuy or Findsindex accounts, orders, payments, coupons, refunds, tracking records, shipping estimates, or seller information. Use the official support channel for the platform or service involved and confirm its domain before sharing account details.
For guide questions
The FAQ answers the most common questions about spreadsheet links, QC photos, sizing, source terms, safety, shipping weight, and external platforms. If the answer is not there, use the WhatsApp button for a question about the guide itself. The About page explains the purpose and boundaries of Tangbuys.
Privacy note
